Ogawa Chiropractic is made up of a team of professionals dedicated to providing the best quality healthcare in a responsive and caring environment. Our chiropractors are all Board certified with years of experience in the profession. They work in concert with the office staff who try to understand your health issues quickly and apply the right treatment to get you back to your optimal health.

Dr. Cyrus Ogawa is a second generation Chiropractor raised on the philosophy of health and wellness. He has not only been trained in Chiropractic technique by both his father, Dr. Ryoichi Ogawa, and mother, Dr. Alice Holm Ogawa but is also certified in new researched based techniques. He promises his patient to never stop learning and strives to provide the best quality of care Chiropractic has to offer.

Dr. Cyrus Ogawa was born and raised on the beautiful Island of Kauai where he attended Kula High and Intermediate School. After graduating in 2008 he left to attain his science and anatomy credits at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California before starting his Chiropractic education. In 2011 he moved to Davenport, Iowa to begin his graduate level curriculum at Palmer College of Chiropractic. During his education at Palmer College he worked as a teacher's assistant in the Radiology and Physical Diagnosis department to teach and lecture students on proper x-ray and examination procedures.

During his last semester of school he participated in the preceptorship program only available for students who have completed all school and clinic credits the trimesters prior to graduation. He was accepted as an intern at Greater Life Family Chiropractic in San Diego where he was taught clinical experience, patient management and community wellness education. In 2015 he graduated Palmer College with the honors of cum laude. Upon graduation he became licensed in California and worked at Greater Life Family Chiropractic, gaining clinical experience, before moving back to the Island of Kauai. He is now licensed in Hawaii and works at Ogawa Chiropractic with his parents.

Dr. Cyrus Ogawa enjoys surfing, golfing, skateboarding, and being with his family during down time.

Alíce Holm Ogawa, D.C., M.S. Psy.

Alíce Holm Ogawa, D.C., M.S. Psy.

Dr. Alíce Holm Ogawa was born and raised in Denmark where she earned her undergraduate degree. After completing her chiropractic prerequisites she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. She joined Ogawa Chiropractic in 1987.

Dr. Alíce Holm Ogawa enjoys preparing organic meals, Pilates, yoga, swimming, biking and participating in triathlons.

Since 2009, Dr. Alíce, has been studying the art of quilting with Linda Kobayashi. Several of her quilts are displayed at the Ogawa clinic.

Dr. Ryoichi Ogawa,D.C.

Dr. Ryoichi Ogawa was born and raised in Japan. He earned his undergraduate degree at Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan, at UCLA. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1981 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. In 1982, he established Ogawa Chiropractic in Kapaa.

Dr. Ryo Ogawa initially got interested in chiropractic after a chiropractor helped him recover from a football injury. Ryo played both high school and college football. He played the position of wide receiver and was later a coach for the Kwansei Gakuin University football team (winning the Japanese national championship seven times).

Dr. Ryoichi Ogawa enjoys surfing, golf and playing acoustic and electric guitar.
